being guided by the Agreement between the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on creation of the Central Asian regional information coordination center on fight against drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors of July 24, 2006,
agreeing that the location of the Central Asian regional information coordination center on fight against drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors is the city of Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan,
wishing to provide in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan necessary conditions for accomplishment by the Central Asian regional information coordination center on fight against drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors of the purposes and tasks,
being guided by the conventional principles and rules of international law,
agreed as follows:
For the purposes of this agreement following concepts mean:
TsARIKTs or Center - The Central Asian regional information coordination center on fight against drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors;
Agreement on creation of TsARIKTs - The agreement between the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on creation of the Central Asian regional information coordination center on fight against drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors of July 24, 2006;
the State Party - the state which is the Agreement party about creation of TsARIKTs;
