About approval of the Procedure for competitive selection of contractors of the projects on energy saving in housing and communal services having the right to compensation of interest rates for use of the credits

According to Item 5 of the Procedure for use in 2009 of the means provided in the government budget for compensation of loan interest rate directed to projects implementation on energy saving in housing and communal services of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of May 13, 2009 N 514, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for competitive selection of contractors of projects on energy saving in housing and communal services, having the right to compensation of interest rates for use of the credits which is applied.

2. To management of financing and economic analysis (Vashchuk M. M.) and to Legal management (Krylova I. I.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. (Vashchuk M. M.) to provide to management of financing and economic analysis placement of this order on the website of the Ministry and to send it to Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol the city public administrations for implementation, use in work and further bringing to permission of local executive bodies and local government bodies.

4. This order becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister R. M. Kramarenko.
