2. To submit to management of improvement, public service and engineering protection of the territories (O.P.Ignatenko) together with Legal management (I. I. Krylov) this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. To management of improvement, public service and engineering protection of the territories (O.P.Ignatenko) after state registration to send this order to Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations for use in work and further bringing to permission of local executive bodies and local government bodies.
4. This order becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration.
