1. Approve the Procedure for placement of small architectural forms for implementation of business activity which is applied.

2. Recommend to local government bodies during decision making concerning placement of small architectural forms to consider approved by this resolution Procedure.

Procedure for placement of small architectural forms for implementation of business activity

General part

1. This Procedure is developed according to requirements of the legislation for the purpose of accounting by local government bodies during decision making concerning placement of small architectural forms of welfare, household, trade and other purpose for implementation of business activity (further - the decision).

Action of this Procedure does not extend to small architectural forms which are placed on lands of road economy, including within assignment strip, along highways public. Placement of noted architectural forms is performed according to the Law of Ukraine "About highways" and the Land code of Ukraine.

2. In this Procedure the terms below are used in the following value:

1) the passport of binding of small architectural form consisting of the following documents:

scheme of binding of small architectural form;

the drawing of junction points to engineering networks according to specifications;

text materials with requirements of rather esthetic type and engineering support of small architectural form;
