1. Approve:

The concept of the Automated information system "The State Register of Cases of Violence in Family" according to appendix No. 1;

The action plan on development and deployment of the Automated information system "The State Register of Cases of Violence in Family" according to appendix No. 2.

2. To provide to the ministries and other central administrative authorities, and also bodies of local public authority within the assigned competences accomplishment of provisions of the Concept of the automated information system "The State Register of Cases of Violence in Family".

3. Implementation of the Concept of the Automated information system "The State Register of Cases of Violence in Family" will be performed within the financial assignments provided in the relevant budgets on content of the bodies equipped with functions of registrars and suppliers of information.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.
