For the purpose of goal achievement on increase in scope preschool education of children at the age of 3-(6)7 years in the programs of preschool education and for the effective organization of preschool educational process provided in the Strategy of national development for 2008-2011 approved by the Law No. 295-XVI of December 21, 2007. 2. Recommend to district/municipal authorities of education of youth and sport to encourage and support the local initiatives of creation of such centers as method of achievement of the tasks provided in the National strategy of medium-term development for 2008-2011.
