1. Determine that:
1.1. the regulations of work of joint-stock company with the register of owners of securities (further - regulations) affirm general shareholder meeting or other governing body of joint-stock company if he is authorized on adoption of such decision by charter of joint-stock company.
The regulations numbering more than one leaf shall be numbered, stitched, certified by the signature of the head and are under seal joint-stock company;
1.2. the regulations shall contain the following information:
the name of body or the official of the joint-stock company responsible for safety of the data containing in the register of owners of securities which competence includes powers on provision of access to employees of joint-stock company and other persons to the data containing in the register of owners of securities, and also transfer of the data containing in the register of owners of securities, to the third parties;
procedure and conditions of provision of access to the data containing in the register of owners of securities and also their transfers by the body or the official of joint-stock company responsible for safety of these data;
