About approval of the Instruction for prevention and fight against tuberculosis of animals

According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine", the Regulations on the State committee of veterinary medicine of Ukraine approved by the resolution the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2007 N 1075, for the purpose of ensuring epizootic wellbeing in Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction for prevention and fight against tuberculosis of animals which is attached.

2. To submit to management of ensuring antiepizootic work this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and to provide its replication and posylaniye to head departments of veterinary medicine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

3. To chiefs of head departments of veterinary medicine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to bring the specified Instruction to permission of territorial authorities of the State committee of veterinary medicine and to provide control of its accomplishment.

4. Declare invalid paragraph two of Item 1 of the order of Head department of veterinary medicine with the state veterinary inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Ukraine from 15.03.94 N 5 "About approval of Instructions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 31.03.94 for N 53/262.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the head of department of ensuring antiepizootic work of Goskomvetmeditsina Moroz D. A.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
