About accounting treatment for goods which move stationary vehicles

For the purpose of reduction of methodological bases of forming of customs statistics of foreign trade of Ukraine in compliance to the recommendations stated by statistical division of Department on economic and social problems of the UN in the document "Statistics of international trade in goods: management for originators", I ORDER:

1. Add Chapter 4 of "Source of forming of customs statistics of foreign trade" of the Temporary technique of maintaining customs statistics of foreign trade of Ukraine approved by the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 04.09.2006 of N 746, the paragraph third such content:

"Accounting of natural gas and the electric power which move stationary vehicles in connection with feature of their declaring is performed by date of the last day of month in which delivery of goods was performed".

2. To department of customs statistics (Ovdiyenko N. T.) in a month after the publication of this order to develop algorithm of accounting of natural gas and the electric power.

3. To regional information customs (Koposov S.A.) in a month to carry away changes in program and information complexes for which help forming of statistic reports and bulletins, according to developed algorithm is performed.

4. To energy regional customs (Konev O. I.) temporarily before introduction of amendments to the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 17.01.05 N 21 "About approval of forms of the departmental statistical reporting of State Customs Service of Ukraine for 2005 and the Sheet of forms of the statistical reporting of State Customs Service of Ukraine" (with changes and amendments) to provide monthly (to the 25th of the following behind reporting) provision in Department of customs statistics of State Customs Service of Ukraine of reports on the forms given in appendices 1-5 to this order.
