About the size and payment procedure of services in putting down of apostille

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 18.01.2003 No. 61 "About provision of powers on putting down of the apostille provided by the Convention canceling the requirement of legalization of foreign official documents" I ORDER:

1. Establish payment for provision of services on putting down of apostille on the official documents issued by judicial authorities, courts, the public archive institutions and also on the documents processed by notaries of Ukraine and held for use in the territory of other states in the amount of:

for physical persons - 0,2 of subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons;

for legal entities - 0,35 of subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons.

The payment for provision of services on putting down of apostille is levied in the corresponding size from the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established by the law for January 01 of calendar year in which the relevant documents for putting down of apostille are filed and rounded to the next 10 hryvnias.

2. Determine that the payment specified in Item 1 of this order is levied before putting down of apostille and is set off according to the Budget code of Ukraine.

Persons with disability of the 1st and 2nd groups, persons with disability owing to World War II, citizens who belong to the first category of victims owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, and orphan children in case of putting down of apostille on the documents concerning directly these citizens are exempted from introduction of payment.
