In execution of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2000 N 28167/2, for the purpose of normative legal support of functioning of special (free) economic zones and the territories of priority development with the special mode of investing activities we ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on criteria of determination of priority types of economic activity in special (free) economic zones and in the territories with the special mode of investing activities and the procedure for their application (is applied).
2. To management of special economic zones and territories of priority development of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economics of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea to be guided management of economy of regional public administrations by the Provision approved by this order by preparation of offers concerning the list of priority types of economic activity.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
