Based on Art. 30/1 of the Law on the inventory of real estate of N1543-XIII of February 25, 1998 (1998, N 44-46, Art. 318), with subsequent changes and amendments, ORDER to Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova:

1. Establish Rules relatively about giving by notaries of registration applications of the rights and supporting documents in territorial cadastral office (according to appendix).

2. Determine that the sales bank charge from payments which notaries transfer to the account of territorial cadastral office is performed at the expense of the last.

3. Publish this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

Rules relatively about submission by notaries of statements for registration of the rights and supporting documents in territorial cadastral office
