According to Item 2 of Powers of the central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation and rates for separate types of products, the goods and services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.12.96 N 1548 (with changes), for the purpose of preserving existing and attraction of additional cargo flows of transit cargoes I ORDER:

1. Approve till December 31, 2010 the Sizes of discounts to the limiting accord rates of payment for accomplishment of cargo-unloading works with transit cargoes in the ports of Ukraine established by the Collection of rates for complex of the works connected with load handling in the ports of Ukraine, the approved order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of 31.10.95 of N 392, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.12.95 for N 476/1012 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Public administration of sea and river transport (G. L. Cancer):

2.1. In accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Bring this order to permission of the interested companies, organizations, the organizations and to promulgate in trade publications.

2.3. Implement monitoring and cost effectiveness analysis of application by ports of the size of the discounts approved by this order on permanent basis.
