Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2003 N 144 "About procedure for voluntary payment in Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation separate categories of insurers of insurance premiums for compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 10, the Art. 906).

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2010.
