About approval of rates of natural loss of oil products in case of storage

In pursuance of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 12, 2002 N 814 "About approval procedure of rates of natural loss in case of storage and transportation of inventory stocks" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 46, Art. 4596; 2006, N 23, 2523) I order to the Art.:

1. Approve the rates of natural loss of oil products approved with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in case of storage according to appendix.

2. Not apply in the territory of the Russian Federation:

the resolution of State Logistics Committee of the USSR of March 26, 1986 N 40 "About approval of rates of natural loss of oil products in case of acceptance, storage, leave and transportation" regarding rates of natural loss of oil products in case of storage on petroleum storage depots (warehouses, storages), gas stations (refueling complexes, fuelling Items), on objects of the main nefteproduktoprovodny transport;

the resolution of State Logistics Committee of the USSR of August 23, 1988 N 63 "About approval of rates of natural loss of oil products in case of acceptance, leave and long-term storage (over one year)" regarding rates of natural loss of oil products in case of storage.
