The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

attaching great value to development of the mutual relations between the Parties in the questions entering circle of their competence

agreed as follows:

Article 1

On regular basis of the Party will perform exchange of information and materials on the following questions:

the national legal system on budget and tax policy;

the national legal system regulating creation and functioning of free trade areas, free economic zones and similar economic forming in the territory of the Parties if those are available;

the taxation of residents of the states of the Parties and persons of the third countries according to the national legal system and the signed international agreements and conventions;

the national legal system and experience exchange on borrowing and debt management;

main aspects of market grouping of securities and its technical supply;

experience exchange of cooperation with the international organizations and international financial institutions;

other spheres which are of mutual interest to the Parties.

Any information obtained by one of the Parties from another is considered confidential and can be made public only with the consent of the Party which provided such information.
