About the Program of the state guarantees of rendering to citizens of the Russian Federation of free medical care for 2010
For the purpose of ensuring constitutional rights of citizens of the Russian Federation on receipt of free medical care the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Program of the state guarantees of rendering to citizens of the Russian Federation of free medical care for 2010.
2. To the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation:
a) introduce in accordance with the established procedure in the Government of the Russian Federation till August 20, 2010 the draft of the program of the state guarantees of rendering to citizens of the Russian Federation of free medical care for 2011;
b) in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to make explanations concerning forming and economic case of territorial programs of the state guarantees of rendering to citizens of the Russian Federation of free medical care for 2010;
c) bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. Recommend to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation to approve till December 25, 2009 territorial programs of the state guarantees of rendering to citizens of the Russian Federation of free medical care for 2010.
