About the edition of explanations on uniform application of the Federal Law "About Compulsory Social Insurance on Case of Temporary Disability and in connection with Motherhood"
According to part 3 of article 1.1 of the Federal law "About Compulsory Social Insurance on Case of Temporary Disability and in connection with Motherhood" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. For the purpose of uniform application of the Federal Law "About Compulsory Social Insurance on Case of Temporary Disability and in connection with Motherhood" to provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation the right to publish the corresponding explanations which are subject to approval of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation regarding financial provision of expenses on payment of the insurance coverage performed within budgetary appropriations of the federal budget.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2010.
