About approval of the new maximum taxes levied by independent registrars for re-registration of property right
Due to the increase in expenses of independent registrars, caused by reduction of consumer capability of national currency, there was need in pererassmotrenii the taxes levied by independent registrars for registration of security transactions by different methods and in different sizes in the exchange and off-exchange markets, the National commission on securities DECIDES:
1. In case of collection of tax for registration of property right to the registrar to apply the following calculation:
a) Establish the maximum rate for transaction of blocking (unblocking) of securities or the personal account of the security holder in the amount of 3 lei.
b) the maximum rate for registration of the property right to securities which served as subject of the transaction constitutes 2 leu plus 0,1 of % of contract value, but no more than 50 lei from each party involved in the transaction.
c) Establish for registration of transactions on transfer (response) of securities in (from) nominal ownership and issue of statements from the register for confirmation of execution of this transaction rate in the amount of 2 lei @ 0,1 of % of nominal value of the securities transferred (withdrawn) in (from) nominal ownership, but no more than 5 lei;
d) Establish single maximum tariff in the amount of 3 lei in case of registration of the property right in case of inheritance, darstvennost and in case of termination of the trust agreement;
e) Establish the maximum rate in the amount of 1 leu a year for one transaction on change of data of the personal account of the security holder (change of address/phone, data of the document certifying the personality, bank details for transfer of dividends etc.).
