1. Approve Regulations on the National commission on radiation protection of the population of Ukraine it (is applied).
2. Approve Skubenko Vladimir Petrovich, the People's Deputy of Ukraine of the fifth and sixth convocations, the chairman of subcommittee concerning technogenic and radiation safety and emergency situations of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning environmental policy, environmental management and mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, the Doctor of Economics, professor by the Chairman of the National commission on radiation protection of the population of Ukraine.
3. Recognize invalid the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of May 19, 1999 "About Regulations on the National commission on radiation protection of the population of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, N 30, the Art. 243) and Item 1 of the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of March 2, 2000 "About the Chairman and structure of the National commission on radiation protection of the population of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, N 19, the Art. 147).
4. Charge to Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning environmental policy, environmental management and mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash on provision of the Chairman of the National commission on radiation protection of the population of Ukraine in a month to submit for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine proposals concerning staff of the National commission on radiation protection of the population of Ukraine.
5. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
