According to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.04.2002 N 564 "About approval of the Regulations on orphanage of family type", of 26.04.2002 N 565 "About approval of the Regulations on foster home", of 24.09.2008 N 866 "Questions of the activities of agencies of guardianship and care connected with protection of the rights of the child" and for the purpose of differentiation of powers of the centers of social services for family, children and youth and services for children in the course of establishment of guardianship, care, creation and ensuring activities of foster homes and orphanages of family type I ORDER:
1. Approve the Order of interaction of the centers of social services for family, children and youth and services for children in the course of establishment of guardianship, care, creation and ensuring activities of foster homes and orphanages of family type which is applied.
2. Republican (Autonomous Republic of Crimea), to the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city centers of social services for family, children and youth, to the Ministry of cases of youth, family and gender policy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city services for children to provide accomplishment of this Procedure.
3. To State department on adoption and protection of the rights of the child (Volynets L. S.), the Public social service for family, children and youth (Lukyanova N. L.) perform coordination of work of services for children and the centers of social services for family, children and youth in the course of establishment of guardianship, care, creation and ensuring activities of foster homes and orphanages of family type.
