In pursuance of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 12, 2002 N 814 "About approval procedure of rates of natural loss in case of storage and transportation of inventory stocks" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 46, Art. 4596; 2006, N 23, 2523) I order to the Art.:

1. Approve the oil rates of natural loss approved with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in case of storage according to appendix.

2. Not apply in the territory of the Russian Federation:

the resolution of State Logistics Committee of the USSR of June 8, 1977 N 30 "About approval of rates of natural loss of oil and oil products in case of acceptance, leave, storage and transportation" with the changes made by the resolution of State Logistics Committee of the USSR of March 26, 1986 N 40, regarding oil rates of natural loss in case of storage;

the resolution of State Logistics Committee of the USSR of March 15, 1988 N 23 "Oil rates of natural loss in case of acceptance, storage, leave and transfer on bulk distribution lines" regarding oil rates of natural loss in case of storage on objects of the main pipeline transport.
