About approval of Rules of investigation of the reasons of accidents in power industry

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of investigation of the reasons of accidents in power industry.
2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in 3-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to develop and approve:
form of the act of investigation of the reasons of accidents in power industry and procedure for its filling;
report form about accidents in power industry and procedure for its filling;
procedure for transfer of operational information about accidents in power industry.
3. To the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in 3-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to develop and approve procedure for forming of the commissions on investigation of the reasons of accidents in power industry.
