About some questions of provision of pensions of citizens from among astronauts and workers of flight-test structure

According to articles 7.1 and 7.2 of the Federal law "About the State Provision of Pensions in the Russian Federation" and article 27.1 of the Federal law "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. In case of calculation of the periods of work (activities) taking into account which the long-service pension is granted to citizens from among astronauts-testers, astronauts-researchers, instructors-astronauts-testers and instructors-astronauts-researchers according to the Federal Law "About the State Provision of Pensions in the Russian Federation" the procedure for the calculation of period of service, stipulated in Item 2 Provisions on provision of pensions of astronauts in the Russian Federation approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 17, 1993 N 455 "Questions material and provision of pensions of astronauts" is applied.

2. In case of appointment according to the Federal Laws "About the State Provision of Pensions in the Russian Federation" and "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation" of long-service pension and work old-age pension to citizens from number of persons employed of flight-test structure it is set off respectively in length of service and length of service in flight-test structure, granting the right to early appointment of old-age pension, work in positions, stipulated in Item 3 Provisions on procedure for appointment and pension payment for long service to workers of the flight-test structure approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of RSFSR of July 5, 1991 N 384, according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 4 the specified Provisions.
