1. Approve the Plan of joint operations for creation of the Single system of accounting of citizens of the third states and stateless persons driving in the territory of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
2. Determine the customer of performance of works by creation of ESU of the CIS the Federal Migration Service (FMS of Russia).
3. To the working group on project development of the Plan of joint operations on creation of ESU of the CIS to make offers on implementation of the above-stated Plan.
4. This Decision becomes effective from signature date.
It is made in the city of Astana on May 22, 2009 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
