Conditions under which real estate is recognized equivalent to earlier being available real estate

Real estate, rights of possession and (or) uses on which are granted instead of real estate, rights of possession and (or) uses, concerning which stop in connection with demolition or with reconstruction of the building, structure, construction which or part of which such real estate is, or in connection with provision of the rights to such real estate state or to municipal educational institutions, medical institutions, is recognized equivalent to earlier being available real estate in case of simultaneous observance of the following conditions:
