About approval of Rules of connection to engineering networks and provisions of utilities

According to article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About consumer protection" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1) to Approve the enclosed Rules of connection to engineering networks and provisions of utilities.

2) to the Ministries, departments and local executive bodies of the government to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

To Declare 3) invalid the Rules of provision of utilities approved as appendix 9 to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 6, 2005 No. 209 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About consumer protection".
