Procedure for the state accounting of the fires and their effects in the Republic of Tajikistan

1. General provisions

1) This Procedure installs system of registration, obligatory in all territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, and accounting of the fires which were injured at the same time persons and the caused damage in settlements and on objects irrespective of patterns of ownership and departmental accessory.

2) This Procedure, is obligatory for execution by all ministries and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan, local executive bodies of the government and the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership and the subordinations located in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3) Accounting of the fires and effect from them is made for the purpose of the analysis of circumstances of their origin and decision making according to the legislation, forecasting of the crisis phenomena, development of anticipatory actions and timely response to the developing situation and carrying out the scheduled maintenance aimed at safety of people, safety from fire of material values and to creation of conditions for successful suppression of the fires.

4) all fires, irrespective of the place of their origin, except as specified provided by this Procedure, the reason and effects are subject to Registration and accounting. The fires are registered in the special magazine.
