1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its official publication in mass media.
3. Declare invalid the order of the chairman of Committee on technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2006 No. 305 "About some questions of certification of experts-auditors in standardization, confirmation of conformity and accreditation" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts on August 14, 2006 for No. 4340, No. 162 published in "The legal newspaper" of September 8, 2006 (1142).
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan Iskaliyev E. S.
5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
