About introduction of protective measures when importing wheat flour to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protective measures", for the purpose of protection of interests of domestic flour-grinding industry, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Enter protective measures for a period of one year in the form of establishment of the size of duty concerning the wheat flour imported on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic in the amount of it agrees to appendix.

2. To the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- collect duties when importing wheat flour according to appendix;

- transfer from the deposit into the republican budget the money received as a result of collection of temporary protective duties in case of commodity import according to appendix to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 16, 2009 No. 296 "About the beginning of trial and introduction of temporary protective measures for import of wheat flour".

3. To the ministry of economic regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the State Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify in accordance with the established procedure Integration committee of Eurasian economic community and Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States, and also Committee of the WTO on introduction of duties concerning goods according to appendix.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of economy, trade, tourism and entrepreneurship of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
