The governments of state members of Eurasian economic community (EurAsEC) which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

being guided by the Agreement on the Customs union and the Common economic space of February 26, 1999 and the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000,

for the purpose of ensuring protection of economic interests of the states of the Parties on the basis of enhancement of information exchange of Customs Services of state members of Eurasian economic community and creation of the regulatory legal base for the organization of permanent exchange of information necessary for ensuring their activities,

for the purpose of creation of conditions for acceleration and simplification of movement of goods and vehicles through the territories of state members of Eurasian economic community

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The information exchange provided by this agreement represents complex of the organizational and technical actions aimed at providing mutual exchange of information concerning customs clearance and customs control.

Information exchange is performed by the central customs authorities of the states of the Parties for the purpose of increase in efficiency of accomplishment of the functions established by the legislation of the state of each of the Parties.

Article 2

Information exchange between Customs Services of the states of the Parties is performed with compliance with law of the state of each of the Parties.

Under the organization of information exchange Customs Services of the states of the Parties consider provisions of the international treaties existing for the states of the Parties on simplification and harmonization of customs procedures.

Article 3

Information exchange between Customs Services of the states of the Parties is performed on a grant basis.
