being guided by the Agreement on the Customs union and the Common economic space of February 26, 1999 and the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000,
aiming at ensuring effective customs control over the goods and vehicles moved through frontiers of the states of the Parties
wishing to promote the equal competition, macroeconomic stability and ensuring the approved tax, monetary, monetary and customs policy in Eurasian economic community,
intending to accelerate and simplify movement of goods and vehicles through the territories of state members of Eurasian economic community, to ensure safety of transportations of goods and vehicles and protection of economic interests of the states of the Parties, and also to prevent illegal movement of goods and vehicles,

In this agreement terms are used in the following determinations:
"the automated system" - the system consisting of personnel and complex of the automation equipment of activities of the specified personnel, realizing information technology of accomplishment of the established functions;
"information security" - acceptance of legal, organizational and technical (program and technical) measures for the purpose of ensuring integrity and safety of information, non-admission of its unauthorized change or destruction, maintaining confidentiality of information of limited access, realization of the right to information access, and also non-admissions of unauthorized impact at the expense of processing, transfers and storages of information;
"information" - the information about persons, objects, facts, events, the phenomena and processes, irrespective of form of their representation;
