About approval of the Concept of the subsequent carrying out pension reform

1. Approve the Concept of the subsequent carrying out pension reform developed by the Commission on questions of implementation of pension reforming (further - the Concept) which is attached.

2. Commissions on questions of implementation of pension reforming:

carry out with participation of the party of labor unions and All-Ukrainian Unions of the organizations of employers and entrepreneurs who are subjects of the General agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the All-Ukrainian Unions of the organizations of employers and entrepreneurs both All-Ukrainian labor unions and professional associations for 2008-2009 (further - social partners), public submission of the Concept;

organize with participation of social partners public discussion, in particular by holding of conferences, seminars, forums, public hearings, meetings at round table, Concept provisions, including concerning implementation of accumulative system of obligatory national pension insurance and transformation of the Pension fund of Ukraine to non-profitable self-regulating organization;

by results of public discussion of the Concept to develop in three-months time the actions plan on its realization, and in case of need to submit proposals concerning modification of the Concept.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 15, 2005 N 525 "About approval of the Strategy of development for the pension system" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, N 51, the Art. 3205).
