1. At presidential and parliamentary elections, and also referenda in the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States to take information of Commonwealths of Independent States Executive committee on practice of work of the Mission of observers for the CIS into consideration.

2. To executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States to continue work on enhancement of activities of the Mission of observers for the CIS, assisting the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in carrying out free and democratic elections.
