1. Approve the Concept of forming of information and library space based on border libraries of the State Parties of the CIS.
2. Grant to Economic council of the Commonwealth of Independent States the right to make changes to the Actions plan on implementation of the Concept of forming of information and library space based on border libraries of the State Parties of the CIS according to offers of the State Parties of the CIS and the interested bodies of industry cooperation.
3. This Decision becomes effective from signature date.
It is made in the city of Astana on May 22, 2009 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
