About the Concept of the Nation-wide program of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the European Union law

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Concept of the Nation-wide program of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the European Union law it (is applied).

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

provide development of the Nation-wide program of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the European Union law no later than April 30, 2003;

for 2003 and the next years to provide funds for financing of the Nation-wide program of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the European Union law in bills on the Government budget of Ukraine.

3. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
