1. Approve the Concept of development of the legislation on public service in Ukraine it (is applied).

2. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine development on the basis of the Concept approved by this Decree, bills concerning enhancement of public service in Ukraine, first of all the project of new edition of the Law of Ukraine "About public service" which to provide in accordance with the established procedure till April 1, 2006.

3. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 5, 2005 No. 1 "About the Concept of development of the legislation on public service".
