About management of lands of agricultural purpose

This Law governs legal relations of management of lands of agricultural purpose and is aimed at providing effective and safe use of lands for the benefit of the people of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Article 1. The earth of agricultural purpose - the lands provided for needs of agricultural industry or intended for these purposes and used for maintaining seed-growing, breeding, experimental economy and agricultural cooperatives, commodity agricultural production, protective afforestation, gardening, truck farming, giving, carrying out research, experienced and selection and seed-trial works and also for other purposes connected with agricultural production.
Article 2. The earth of the State fund of agricultural holdings - the parcels of land created from agricultural holdings (except for pastures) and being in state-owned property.
Article 3. Land share - the parcel of land of agricultural purpose (by on grounds) provided in property to the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic on a grant basis during land agrarian reform, the property right to which makes sure the certificate.
Article 4. The parcel of land is the single contour of land area in nature having the fixed border.
The property right to the parcel of land makes sure the state act or the certificate.
Article 5. The earth is national wealth of the Kyrgyz Republic, property of the people living in its territory.
Article 6. In the Kyrgyz Republic citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, cooperatives and the legal entities of the Kyrgyz Republic who are engaged in cultivation and (or) conversion of agricultural products have the property right to the parcels of land of agricultural purpose the state.
