1. Approve the enclosed Rules of purchase of electrical energy from the qualified power making organizations.
2. (Bertisbayev N. B.) to provide to development department of power industry and the coal industry of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and subsequent its publication in official mass media.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan Turganov D. N.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
