About establishment of surcharge to the salary to workers of the budget sphere in case of change of tariff policy on energy carriers
For the purpose of social support of workers of the budget sphere in the conditions of change of tariff policy on energy carriers I decide:
1. Establish since January 1, 2010 monthly surcharge in the amount of 200 som to the salary of workers of the budget sphere whose average monthly salary does not exceed 5000 (five thousand) som.
2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic till January 1, 2010:
- dig up resources in the amount necessary for surcharge implementation for workers of the budget sphere for electrical energy and make corresponding changes to the bill of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget for 2010 and the forecast for 2011-2012";
- bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
