About approval of the Procedure for introduction of payment for issue of the certificate of conformity to the state construction regulations, standards and rules and amendments of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2001 No. 702

1. Approve the Procedure for introduction of payment for issue of the certificate of conformity to the state construction regulations, standards and rules which is applied.

2. Add appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2001 N 702 "About procedure for use of the means received by public authorities from provision of services by them according to the legislation and their sizes" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, N 26, the Art. 1178) the following line item:

Procedure for introduction of payment for issue of the certificate of conformity to the state construction regulations, standards and rules

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of introduction of payment for issue of the certificate of conformity to the state construction regulations, standards and rules (further - the certificate).

Action of this Procedure extends to physical persons (further - the builder) which till December 31, 2010 submitted the application for admission to operation of the private apartment houses of farmstead type, country and garden houses with economic constructions and constructions built during the period from August 5, 1992 to January 1, 2008 without the permission on accomplishment of construction works finished with construction.

2. The payment for issue of the certificate is brought by the builder in the sizes determined in appendix by money transfer through bank institutions and/or departments of mail service.

Confirmation of introduction of payment for issue of the certificate is the payment order with mark about date of payment or the cash document of organization of bank or department of mail service which accepted payment.

Responsibility for correctness of determination of payment amount is born by the builder.

The means received as payment for issue of the certificate are set off into the special account of Gosarkhstroyinspektion opened in body of the State Treasury.

3. The certificate is issued to the builder after introduction in full of payment for its issue.

In case of decision making about refusal in issue of the certificate the payment is not made.

4. Control of accounting of means, the certificates received for issue, their target use, correctness of application, the amount of payment for provision of noted services bodies to which according to the legislation such functions are assigned perform within the powers.
