About National council concerning formation and development of youth

For the purpose of assistance to more effective solution of urgent problems which arise among young people, and according to Item 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine I decide ensuring active participation of youth in all areas of public life and reorganization of the state, strengthening of democratic principles of the Ukrainian society:

1. Form National council concerning formation and development of youth (further - National council) as advisory advisory body in case of the President of Ukraine.

2. Approve Regulations on National council concerning formation and development of youth it (is applied).

3. Approve staff of National council concerning formation and development of youth it (is applied).

4. Liquidate National council concerning youth policy. With respect thereto to recognize invalid:

The presidential decree of Ukraine of December 3, 1995 N 1129 "About National council concerning youth policy";

The presidential decree of Ukraine of March 3, 1997 N 201 "About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 3, 1995 N 1129";

Item of 51 changes which are made to the acts of the President of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 27, 1999 N 70 "About changes and recognition voided some acts of the President of Ukraine";

The presidential decree of Ukraine of February 27, 1999 N 223 "About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 3, 1995 N 1129";

The presidential decree of Ukraine of May 21, 1999 N 543 "About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 3, 1995 N 1129";
