About procedure for commissioning of separate state information systems

According to part 6 of article 14 of the Federal law "About Information, Information Technologies and on Information Security" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Before commissioning of federal state information system which is held for use when implementing the state functions and (or) provisions of the state services the federal executive body shall:

adopt the legal act about procedure and terms of commissioning of federal state information system;

register federal state information system in the register of federal state information systems.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on registration of federal state information systems.

3. Provide to Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications registration of federal state information systems and maintaining the register of federal state information systems taking into account information of the State register of bases and databanks.

4. Recommend to chambers of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, to Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation, Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, Russian Central Election Commission, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and Administration of the President of the Russian Federation to register federal state information systems in the register of federal state information systems.
