This Technique establishes main types of indicators of energy saving and the energy efficiency brought in normative technical (project, design, technological, operational) documentation on energy-requiring products, production processes, works, services.
Indicator of energy efficiency of use of TER, according to the current legislation, is "the size of specific fuel consumption regulated in standard rates and standards for these products, works and services".
The indicators of energy efficiency established by this Technique extend to all types of products, including TER, materials, products which use is to destination connected with expenditure (losses) of TER on engineering procedures, and also on all types of activity directed to rational use and economy of TER.
The technique is held for use legal entities and physical persons in their activities for energy saving, in case of development new and review of the operating normative indicators of energy efficiency, when conducting examination of energy saving (energy examination) of objects of energy saving, in case of development of energy passports, regulating and methodical documents in providing programs of energy saving.
