1. No. 790 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of 20.12.2012
2. Ceased to be valid.
3. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic, in a month:
3.1. approve rules of issue of special permission to activities on alternative and to renewable energy resources and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
3.2. prepare offers on reduction of the existing legal acts in compliance with this Decree and provide them to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
3.3. resolve other issues following from this Decree.
