About approval of Requirements to subsystem of communication of system of physical protection
According to Articles 21, 24 Laws of Ukraine "About physical protection of nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation", for the purpose of establishment of single requirements to subsystems of communication of systems of physical protection of nuclear installations and nuclear materials, the objects intended for the treatment of radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation and subsystems of communication of systems of physical protection of nuclear materials or other radioactive materials in case of their transportation we ORDER:
1. Approve Requirements to subsystem of communication of system of physical protection which are attached.
2. To department of physical protection, fire safety and health and safety of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine (Ivanov P. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of fuel and power of Ukraine Shumkova N. Yu., the deputy minister concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash to Holosh V. I.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its publication.
