1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 4-sez "The activities report of resident of the free economic zone" of quarter frequency and enact it starting with the report for January-March, 2010.

2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-sez "The activities report of resident of the free economic zone" and enact them starting with the report for January-March, 2010.

3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution to legal litsarezidenta of free economic zones of the Republic of Belarus.

4. Declare invalid:
