1. Approve the price list "Retail Prices on Granulated Sugar" according to appendix.
2. Determine that:
2.1. the retail prices on granulated sugar established according to Item 1 of this resolution extend on legal entities and the individual entrepreneurs who are engaged in production and (or) realization of the specified products irrespective of subordination and patterns of ownership;
2.2. realization by the sugar-processing organizations of the Republic of Belarus of granulated sugar to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus (including through resale of wholesale trade by the organizations) is made for industrial conversion (production of foodstuff) on the selling prices determined proceeding from market situation, but not below selling price in the amount of 2150 thousand rubles for ton without the value added tax;
2.3. on the sugar pressed packed up, made by the sugar-processing organizations of the Republic of Belarus the following retail prices are applied:
without additives, in the form of cubes, in boxes and packs on 1 kilogram - 3870 rubles for packaging, on 500 grams - 2320 rubles for packaging;
