About indemnification, caused by the vehicles transporting heavy loads on highways of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the indemnification caused by the vehicles transporting heavy loads.
2. Determine the extent of the harm done by the vehicles transporting heavy loads in case of movement of such vehicles on highways of federal importance according to indicators according to appendix.
3. Determine that realization of the powers established according to this resolution is performed by Federal Highway Agency within the number of employees of central office of the Agency and budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided to the Agency on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
4. Declare invalid:
