On single non-tariff regulation of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation

Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (the supreme body of custom union) at the level of heads of states solved:

1. According to the Protocol on procedure for entry into force of the international treaties directed to forming of the contractual legal base of custom union, exit from them and accessions to them of October 6, 2007 to consider become effective since January 1, 2010:

The agreement on single measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries of January 25, 2008;

The agreement on procedure for introduction and application of the measures affecting foreign trade in goods on single customs area concerning the third countries of June 9, 2009;

The agreement on rules of licensing in the field of foreign trade in goods of June 9, 2009.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of 19.12.2012 No. 24

3. Transfer the Commissions of custom union of power provided by the international treaties specified in Item 1 of this Decision from the date of this Decision.

4. The commissions of custom union till June 1, 2010 to approve single form of the conclusion (the allowing document) provided by the regulations on application of restrictions specified in Item 2 of this Decision.

5. The commissions of custom union till July 1, 2010 to consider the bases for introduction of quantitative restrictions, except exclusive right, provided by the single inventory to which prohibitions or import restrictions or export by the State Parties of custom union within Eurasian economic community in trade with the third countries are applied, applied in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation unilaterally and to provide their cancellation or introduction concerning such goods of single measures of regulation on customs area of custom union.
